Parenting adult children can be one of the most emotionally complex seasons of life.
You care deeply…
but you can no longer control outcomes.
Many parents quietly carry questions like:
• What do I do when my adult children make decisions I wouldn’t make?
• How do I stay close without becoming controlling?
• What happens when our beliefs begin to differ?
• How do I keep peace in my own heart?
Overflowing Love is a 4-session study designed to help you move from
anxiety and control → to peace and influence.

This study is built around a simple but powerful framework:
Love — Am I truly loved?
Acceptance — Am I approved?
Security — Am I safe?
Value — Does my life matter?
When these containers feel empty, we grasp for control, approval, or reassurance.
When they are filled in Christ, we begin to live from overflow.
• Recognize why anxiety shows up in family relationships
• Release the pressure to control outcomes
• Understand the difference between helping and enabling
• Let go of shame and comparison
• Become a steady, life-giving presence in your family
A guided 4-lesson experience for personal reflection and group discussion.
